Ezra Franklin Mikel, age 83, of Clubb, MO passed away, on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at his residence.

He was born on October 03, 1937 in St. Louis, MO, son of JB Mikel and Belvie (Abernathy) Mikel. He and Retha Holt were united in marriage on September 13, 1985 and she survives him in Clubb.

Ezra was a retired truck driver and a member of Bible Way church in Piedmont, MO.

Survivors include his wife Retha; Children, Patrick Dean Williams of TX; Kenneth (Brenda) Walsh of St. Louis, MO; Charles Glenn Mikel of Piedmont, MO; Denise (Roger) Holtz of Pola, KS; Branda (David) King of Springfield, MO; Judy Mikel and Tina (Fiancé, Mike) Mikel both of Kansas City, MO; and Myretha (William) Wheetley of Clubb, MO; 15 grandchildren; 24 Great- grandchildren and 1 more great-grandchild on the way; one brother-in-law, Dale Taylor of Warrenton, MO and one sister-in-law, Waldine Mikel of St. Louis.

He was preceded in death by his parents JB and Belvie; four brothers, Billy, Ivan, Robert, and Leroy Mikel; and three sisters, Ruby Taylor, Laura Mae Rutledge, and Agnes Ormsby.

A celebration of life is scheduled for May 1, 2021 @ 2pm at the Bible Way Church in Piedmont, MO with Bro. John Radford officiating.

Liley Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Marble Hill was in charge of the arrangements.
